Abstract
The interactions between antibody drugs and the body are complex and are not well understood. There are major differences between small molecule and antibody interactions with the body such as their size, the way they permeate through vasculature, and their interactions with surface and internal cell receptors. This study is set out to understand the interactions of antibody drugs with the tumor microenvironment in 3D so that we can quantitatively and qualitatively describe what is happening with antibodies and tumor cells.
